AGM
Annual General Meeting. The big yearly party/meeting where shareholders vote and dividends are passed.
Every public company MUST hold an AGM once a year. As a shareholder, you are invited to attend, eat, ask questions to the CEO, and vote on important decisions. It's the only time you get free food while discussing why your dividends are smaller than expected!

वर्षको एक पटक हुने कम्पनीको ठूलो बैठक, जहाँ शेयरधनीहरूले भोट हाल्छन् र लाभांश पारित गरिन्छ।
हरेक पब्लिक कम्पनीले वर्षको एक पटक AGM गर्नै पर्छ। शेयरधनीको रूपमा, तपाईंलाई उपस्थित हुन, खाना खान, CEO लाई प्रश्न सोध्न र निर्णयमा भोट हाल्न निम्तो दिइन्छ। यो वर्षमा एक पटक मात्र फ्री खाना खाएर 'लाभांश किन यति थोरै?' भन्ने छलफल गर्ने मौका हो!
