Board of Directors
A group of people elected by shareholders to make big decisions and oversee the company.
The BOD (Board of Directors) represents the interests of shareholders. They appoint the CEO and decide how much dividend should be distributed each year. They're the 'parents' of the company – promising big allowances but often delivering pocket change!

सञ्चालक समिति (BOD)
शेयरधनीहरूले चुनेका मानिसहरूको समूह, जसले कम्पनीको ठूला निर्णयहरू गर्छन् र रेखदेख गर्छन्।
सञ्चालक समितिले शेयरधनीहरूको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्छ। उनीहरूले नै कम्पनीको CEO नियुक्त गर्छन् र कति लाभांश दिने भनेर निर्णय गर्छन्। उनीहरू कम्पनीका 'अभिभावक' हुन् – ठूलो भत्ता обещा गर्छन् तर प्रायः खल्ती परिवर्तन मात्र दिन्छन्!
