Buyback
When a company uses its own cash to buy back its shares from the public and cancel them.
Companies do this when they have extra cash and think their share price is too low. It reduces the total number of shares and increases the value for remaining owners. It's like the company saying 'we'll buy our own toys back because they're on sale' – and everyone else cheers!

शेयर खरिद फिर्ता (Buyback)
कम्पनीले आफ्नै पैसा खर्च गरेर बजारबाट आफ्ना शेयरहरू आफैं किन्ने प्रक्रिया।
कम्पनीसँग धेरै पैसा हुँदा र बजारमा आफ्नो शेयर सस्तो छ भन्ने लाग्दा खरिद फिर्ता गर्छन्। यसले बजारमा शेयर संख्या घटाउँछ र बाँकी शेयरधनीलाई फाइदा पुग्छ। यो कम्पनीले 'हाम्रा आफ्नै खेलौना सस्तोमा किन्न्छौं' भन्नु जस्तो हो – र बाँकी सबैले ताली बजाउँछन्!
