Close-out
A penalty ⚠️ paid when a seller fails to deliver shares to the buyer on time.
If you sell shares but don't have them in your Demat (Short Selling), you have to pay a 20% penalty. This penalty is given to the buyer to compensate for the mistake. It's the 'oops, I sold air' fine – 20% reminder not to promise what you don't have!

बेचेको शेयर समयमै उपलब्ध गराउन नसक्दा लाग्ने जरिवाना।
आफूसँग नभएको शेयर झुक्किएर बेच्नुभयो भने कारोबार रकमको २०% जरिवाना लाग्छ। यो जरिवाना किन्ने मान्छेले क्षतिपूर्तिको रूपमा पाउँछ। यो 'ओहो, मैले हावा बेचेँ' जरिवाना हो – नभएको कुरा नबेच भन्ने २०% सम्झना!
