Collateral
Deposit money. You must give some money to the broker BEFORE they let you buy shares.
Brokers usually ask for 25% collateral. To buy Rs. 1 Lakh shares, you first load Rs. 25,000 into TMS. This ensures you will pay the rest later. It's your 'trust deposit' – like leaving a shoe as collateral at a local teashop!

कोल्याटरल (Collateral)
धरौटी रकम। शेयर किन्नु अगाडि ब्रोकरलाई विश्वास दिलाउन जम्मा गर्नुपर्ने पैसा।
ब्रोकरहरूले प्रायः २५% कोल्याटरल माग्छन्। १ लाखको शेयर किन्न, तपाईंले पहिले २५,००० रुपैयाँ TMS मा लोड गर्नुपर्छ। यसले तपाईंले बाँकी रकम तिर्नुहुन्छ भन्ने ग्यारेन्टी गर्छ। यो तपाईंको 'विश्वास धरौटी' हो – स्थानीय चियाको दोकानमा जुत्ता धरौटी राख्नु जस्तो!
