कम्पनी सचिवले सञ्चालक समिति र शेयरधनीबीच सञ्चारको काम गर्छन्। साधारण सभा सम्बन्धी सूचना र लगानीकर्ताका जिज्ञासाहरू यिनले नै हेर्छन्। उनीहरू कम्पनीका 'मुख्य सम्झाउने अधिकारी' हुन् – नियामकले ढोका ढकढकाउनुअघि कागजात फाइल गर्न सम्झाउँछन्!
