DP Fee
A flat fee (usually Rs. 25) paid to your Depository Participant whenever you sell shares.
Every time shares are moved OUT of your Demat account (when you sell), you must pay this fee. It doesn't apply when you buy. It's the 'exit toll' for your shares – pay to leave, free to enter!

डिपी शुल्क (DP Fee)
शेयर बेच्दा डिपी (ब्रोकर वा बैंक) लाई बुझाउनुपर्ने निश्चित शुल्क (प्रायः २५ रुपैयाँ)।
आफ्नो डिम्याटबाट शेयर बाहिर जाँदा (बेच्दा) यो शुल्क लाग्छ। शेयर किन्दा भने यो शुल्क लाग्दैन। यो शेयरहरूको लागि 'बाहिर जाने टोल' हो – छोड्न पैसा तिर, भित्र नि:शुल्क!
