Fiscal Year
The 12-month accounting period used by companies for financial reporting (July to June in Nepal).
In Nepal, the fiscal year runs from mid-July to mid-June (e.g., FY 2082-083). All quarterly and annual reports are prepared based on this period. It's the company's 'school year' – reports are like progress cards, and the year ends with the big annual report exam!

कम्पनीहरूले वित्तीय प्रतिवेदनको लागि प्रयोग गर्ने १२ महिने लेखा अवधि।
नेपालमा आर्थिक वर्ष मध्य जुलाई देखि मध्य जुनसम्म हुन्छ (जस्तै आ.व. २०८२-८३)। सबै त्रैमासिक र वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन यसै अवधिमा आधारित हुन्छन्। यो कम्पनीको 'शैक्षिक वर्ष' हो – रिपोर्टहरू प्रगति कार्ड जस्तै हुन्, वर्ष ठूलो वार्षिक परीक्षा रिपोर्टसँग समाप्त हुन्छ!
