Market Index
A statistical measure that represents the overall performance of a group of stocks (e.g., NEPSE Index, Banking Index).
The NEPSE Index shows the combined performance of all listed companies. Sector indices show specific groups like banks or hydropower. It's the market's 'thermometer' – index up means market fever is high, index down means market is cooling!

शेयरहरूको समूहको समग्र प्रदर्शनलाई प्रतिनिधित्व गर्ने सांख्यिकीय मापन।
नेप्से सूचकांकले सबै सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको संयुक्त प्रदर्शन देखाउँछ। क्षेत्रीय सूचकांकहरूले बैंक वा हाइड्रोपावर जस्ता विशिष्ट समूहहरू देखाउँछन्। यो बजारको 'थर्मोमिटर' हो – सूचकांक माथि भनेको बजार ज्वरो उच्च, तल भनेको बजार चिसो!
