Open-Ended Fund
A mutual fund that you can buy or sell directly from the fund manager anytime.
These are not listed on NEPSE. You buy them based on their current NAV. Examples in Nepal include NIBL Sahabhagita Fund. There is no fixed maturity date. It's like an all-you-can-eat buffet – come or go anytime, price based on what's in the trays (NAV)!

खुलामुखी फण्ड (Open-Ended)
म्युचुअल फण्डको यस्तो योजना जुन जुनसुकै बेला सिधै फण्ड म्यानेजरबाट किन्न वा बेच्न सकिन्छ।
यो नेप्सेमा लिस्टिङ हुँदैन। यसलाई फण्ड म्यानेजरको कार्यालय वा तोकिएको ठाउँबाट सिधै किन्न र बेच्न सकिन्छ। यसको कुनै अन्तिम मिति हुँदैन। यो जति खान सकिन्छ बफे जस्तो हो – जुनसुकै बेला आउनु वा जानु, ट्रेमा (NAV) के छ अनुसार मूल्य!
