विशेष शेयर जसले साधारण शेयरधनीले भन्दा पहिले निश्चित लाभांश पाउने अधिकार राख्छ।
यस्ता शेयरधनीले लाभांशमा प्राथमिकता पाउँछन् तर उनीहरूलाई कम्पनीको निर्णय प्रक्रियामा भोट हाल्ने अधिकार प्रायः हुँदैन। उनीहरू लाभांशको लागि 'पहिलो लाइन' हुन् – साधारण जनताले स्वाद नपाउँदै ग्यारेन्टी लाभांश!
