Direct buying of shares from the company during IPO, Right, or FPO.
In the primary market, you are giving money directly to the company. There is no middleman like a broker between you and the company during this phase. It's 'direct to the chef' investment – your money fuels the company's kitchen directly!

कम्पनीबाट सिधै (आईपीओ वा हकप्रद मार्फत) शेयर किन्ने बजार।
यसमा तपाईंको पैसा सिधै कम्पनीको खातामा जान्छ। यसमा ब्रोकरको कुनै भूमिका हुँदैन। मेरो शेयरबाट दिइने आवेदन यसै अन्तर्गत पर्छ। यो 'सेफसँग सिधा' लगानी हो – तपाईंको पैसा कम्पनीको भान्सालाई सिधै इन्धन दिन्छ!
