Return on Equity (ROE)
A measure of how efficiently a company is using the shareholders' money to generate profit.
ROE of 15-20% is considered good in Nepal. It shows that the management is capable of growing the wealth of its owners. It's the 'how well are they using our money' report card – high ROE, proud owners; low ROE, worried owners!

कम्पनीले शेयरधनीको पैसा प्रयोग गरेर कत्तिको प्रभावकारी रूपमा नाफा कमाइरहेको छ भन्ने मापन।
नेपालमा १५-२०% को ROE लाई राम्रो मानिन्छ। यसले कम्पनीको व्यवस्थापन कति कुशल छ भन्ने देखाउँछ। यो 'हाम्रो पैसा कति राम्रो प्रयोग गर्दैछन्' रिपोर्ट कार्ड हो – उच्च ROE, गर्व मालिक; कम ROE, चिन्तित मालिक!
