An invitation to existing shareholders to buy new shares at Rs. 100 to raise more capital.
If you have 100 shares and the company announces 50% right, you can buy 50 NEW shares at Rs. 100 each, even if the market price is Rs. 500. It is optional to buy. It's a 'family discount' offer – loyal owners get first dibs at cheap new shares!
